How are large or fragile clocks packed to prevent damage during shipping? We are absolute experts in heavy-duty fragile logistics! Every ElowynneClock is anchored securely inside custom-molded, high-density shock-absorbing foam beds that encapsulate the entire body to eliminate shifting. The delicate clock hands are shielded by specialized protective plastic caps, and the glass face is double-layered with scratch-resistant film. The entire unit is then sealed inside a reinforced, double-walled corrugated outer shipping box to guarantee your clock arrives completely chip-free, crack-free, and immaculate.

How should I clean and maintain my wall clock? To maintain the premium surface finish and crystal-clear glass visibility over time:

What is your return policy? We want you to view your walls with absolute joy! For strict quality control and safety regulations regarding home luxury assets, we accept standard returns only on completely un-mounted, unused clocks in their original, immaculate condition, packed perfectly inside the unopened original product packaging with all protective internal foam grids and hand-shields completely intact within 30 days of delivery.
