SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping for the USA is always free, unless otherwise stated. We cannot guarantee priority shipping will arrive within the 2-3 day window as there can be unforeseen circumstances with the postal carrier. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing time.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
- Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
- We use local postal services for international shipping and it may take up to 2 weeks for your item to arrive.
- Please contact us for shipping information for your specific country.
Due to the nature of our products, returns will NOT be accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds, however, we are happy to exchange your item if it was damaged during delivery. However, we can not accept returns or exchanges on opened packages. In order to receive an exchange on damaged, please note the following guidelines:
1. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery confirmation. Anything after 3 days voids all exchanges which goes for damaged or missing products. No exceptions.
FOR DAMAGED ITEMS:
1. In order for us to approve the exchange of damaged items, we will need to see clear pictures of the damage. Please email us clear pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. After your exchange has been approved we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to send your item(s) back to us. Once the item is received by us we will ship your new item out. Pre-paid shipping labels are provided for damaged items only.
* Clearance items are sold as is per their product description which has imperfections like cracks or nicks. Refunds and/or exchanges are not offered on clearance items.
* We are not responsible for self-inflicted damages to any product and do not offer exchanges on these items. We are able to tell if a damaged product was self-inflicted or not.
RULES FOR PROCESSING AN EXCHANGE:
1. Item must be in the original unopened package. Our packages are sealed, if the seal is broken, exchanges will not be accepted. If we receive an opened package your return will not be processed and the item will be discarded.
2. Please contact via email at email@example.com and request exchange.
3. Once your exchange has been approved please mail your item back to us and include a note with your order that states order number, name, address and that you are sending back for exchange for (insert reason). If this information is missing, we will not be able to process your order as we have no way to know who it's from.
Return must be sent back to us within 7 days of return authorization. Anything after 7 days voids all return or exchange authorizations.
4. Once an item has been received we will send you a replacement of the same item you ordered.
LOST PACKAGES POLICY:
If tracking has marked your package as delivered, but you haven't received it please note our policies.
For domestic orders, please follow the steps below:
1. Please wait 72 hours before contacting us about your package. Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered before they reach your home. Please allow up to 7 days, many times the packages show up within a few days of delivery confirmation.
2. Check behind plants, pillars, sides of your home, etc. If your mailbox is full USPS may leave your package at your home either on your porch or behind something.
3. If you live in a community with a leasing office please check with them. USPS sometimes leave packages with the leasing office.
4. Contact your local USPS. Chances are your package is there! It's very helpful if you contact your local USPS in addition to contacting us.
5. Still no luck? Please contact us.
6. GPS pin drop coordinates: USPS can track packages by GPS pin drop; we will contact the business center for further investigation.
7. If nothing has shown up within 7 days, you can file a claim with USPS.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect mailing addresses, please ensure you input the correct address for your package to be delivered.
In the event, you input an incorrect address and your package do not make it to you, you will need to file a lost package claim with USPS. We DO NOT send out replacement items due to incorrect mailing addresses.
If your order was returned to us for any reason by the carrier, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund request or a re-delivery. We will not refund the original shipping cost and the shipping cost for re-delivery must be paid in advance. No Free Shipping!
If the carrier attempted to deliver the package and was unsuccessful, the carrier will re-attempt the delivery. After 2 failed attempts or asks to make arrangement to deliver the order. it will be returned to our warehouse. At this time, please contact us to arrange a re-delivery. The shipping cost for re-delivery must be paid in advance. No Free Shipping!
Items which are on pre-order will be shipped from the date that is specified on the product page. If your order contains a pre-order item and an item which is in stock, both will not be shipped until they are both ready.
